Order Policy
• Nanny Cakes is a pre-order only, made-to-order online bakery.
• Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order.
• Orders are prepared fresh for your selected delivery date.
• We do not offer walk-ins or same-day purchases.
Because every item is handcrafted specifically for each customer, we do not maintain ready-made inventory.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our baked goods:
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, all sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued once preparation has begun.
• No refunds will be issued after delivery has been completed.
We encourage customers to review order details carefully before confirming purchase.
Delivery Policy
• Delivery is available within the Oklahoma City metro area.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• If the customer is not at the delivery drop point, Nanny Cakes will only wait 5 minutes before leaving. We will not re-deliver the order and monies paid will not be returned.
Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Delivery Waiver Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Nanny Cakes is not responsible for products left unattended after delivery.
• We are not liable for damage, theft, temperature changes, or product quality once delivery is completed.
• Customers are responsible for proper storage upon receipt.
Allergen Disclosure
• All products are 100% plant-based.
• Our baked goods contain nuts, including almonds and pecans.
• Our baked goods may contain fruits.
• Prepared in a home setting where common allergens may also be present.
Customers with food allergies assume full responsibility when placing an order.
Cottage Food Disclosure
Nanny Cakes is a homemade, made-to-order online bakery operating in accordance to Oklahoma Cottage Food laws, therefore exempt from government licensing and review.
Product Care & Storage
For best quality:
• Store baked goods in a cool, dry place.
• Refrigerate items when appropriate.
• Consume within recommended timeframes provided with your order.
Because our products are made without preservatives, freshness is best enjoyed promptly.
